TERMS OF WARRANTY
Thank you for choosing arditicollection.com for your luxury custom handmade furniture needs. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products and stand behind their durability and performance. We are pleased to offer the following warranty coverage for your peace of mind.
WARRANTY DURATION:
Non-Commercial Use: We provide a warranty of 1 years from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues that arise during normal use of the furniture. It includes, but is not limited to, the following components:
- Structural integrity of the furniture.
- Workmanship-related defects.
- Hardware malfunctions.
- Upholstery and stitching issues.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or neglect.
- Accidental damage, including stains, cuts, scratches, or burns.
- Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning methods or products.
- Changes in the appearance of natural materials, such as wood grains or variations in leather.
- Normal wear and tear, including cushion softening and fabric fading.
- Modifications or alterations made to the furniture without prior authorization from arditicollection.com
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:
In the event that you encounter an issue covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@arditicollection.com within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase and the delivery date.
- Describe the issue in detail and include relevant photographs if necessary.
WARRANTY RESOLUTIONS:
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will take one of the following actions:
Repair: We will repair the furniture to restore it to its original condition.
Replacement: If a repair is not feasible, we will replace the affected component or the entire furniture item at our discretion.
LIMITATIONS:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any repair, replacement, or refund under this warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Please note that this warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we are committed to addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
